Sponsored: Put the color picker down

If you’ve spent an afternoon with a color picker, sampling text over a background photo one spot at a time, you know where audit hours go. AAArdvark’s AI contrast checker (in beta) does that sampling on every flagged element and settles roughly 80% of them as a clear pass or fail. Filter to what’s left, review those yourself, and export the verified results for your client report. It’s on every plan, including free.

Try AAArdvark’s contrast checker free.

Craig Abbott wrote another “Foundations” post on the Tetralogical blog about the accessibility tree. Craig sets up the post well, saying that accessibility tree can take much of the mystery out of accessibility. So true, and that’s why it’s important to understand its role with browsers and assistive technology.
